The successful candidates for these opportunities are:

2) Able to multi-task and “get dirty”;

3)Desire to take over a business that has the potential for major growth;

4) Desire to become an “entrepreneur” and not an employee looking for a paycheck;

5) Have sufficient financial resources [or are able to arrange for those resources]to be able to survive during the “sweat equity period”

through to the “hockey stick” growth phase ;

6) Have sufficient “Business Sense” to oversee both administrative, legal, financial purchasing, engineering, manufacturing and service aspects of a start-up Phase II or III business;

7) Are not substance dependent and willing to take the necessary tests;

8) Will provide adequate references to prove their qualifications;

9) Will agree to sign a mutual confidentiality agreement before being allowed to view the corporate business plan;

10) Will disclose in advance potential conflicts of interest, and agree to refrain form engaging in a similar business as the Corporate Business Plans describe for a period of two years following receipt of the Confidential Business Plans and will agree to keep the materials provided “confidential” except as may already exist in the public domain. A “conflict of interest” may preclude [or not on a case by case basis] the issuance of the Confidential Business Plan;
